ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on adapting a questionnaire called the MIND-EAT scale into Turkish. The MIND-EAT scale helps measure mindful eating, which means being aware of why and how we eat, such as listening to our hunger cues, understanding our emotions, and recognizing environmental influences. By adapting this scale for Turkish speakers, the researchers hope to better understand eating habits and improve approaches to issues like emotional eating and obesity.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and willing to volunteer. The researchers are looking for a diverse group of people, so they will make sure to include individuals of different genders and backgrounds. Participants will complete an online survey that asks about their eating habits and other personal information. If you join the study, you’ll fill out the MIND-EAT scale and might be asked to do it again two weeks later to check the results. Overall, the goal of this research is to create a helpful tool that can lead to better eating awareness and support healthier eating practices in the Turkish population.
