ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new tool called OACareTools+, which aims to help healthcare providers improve their referrals of patients with arthritis to a program called Walk With Ease. This program is designed to help people with arthritis manage their condition through gentle exercise and support. The trial will test how effective this tool is in encouraging more healthcare providers to refer their patients to this beneficial program.
To participate in this trial, healthcare providers need to work at the UNC pilot clinic, while patients must be at least 18 years old and have received a referral to Walk With Ease from a provider at the same clinic. Participants will be asked to take part in a phone interview after completing the Walk With Ease program to share their experiences. It’s important to note that only English-speaking participants can join. This study is not yet recruiting, but it aims to gather valuable insights on how best to support patients with arthritis.
