ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand the nutritional status of children with Down syndrome. Researchers want to find out how well these children are eating and whether they have any nutritional deficiencies, which means not getting enough vitamins or minerals that are important for their health. They will also explore how things like eating habits and other health issues might affect their nutrition.
To participate in this study, children must be diagnosed with Down syndrome and be between 2 and 5 years old. Unfortunately, children with other chronic illnesses or medical problems won’t be eligible to join. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who do take part can expect to help researchers learn more about nutrition in children with Down syndrome, which could lead to better health strategies for them in the future.
