ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new treatment for people with lumbar radiculopathy, a condition that causes pain and difficulty moving in the lower back and legs. The researchers want to see if a combination of three-dimensional lumbar myofascial release (a type of physical therapy) and motor control training can help reduce pain and improve how patients feel and move.
To join the study, participants need to be between 35 and 50 years old and have had one-sided lower back pain for at least six months. They should also have a healthy body weight. Unfortunately, those with other spine problems, certain neurological conditions, or a history of spine surgery won't be eligible. If they participate, patients can expect to learn some new exercises and receive specialized therapy aimed at improving their back function and quality of life. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, and all genders are welcome to apply!
