ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to find out how different types of total knee replacement surgery can help people with severe knee osteoarthritis. The study will compare three approaches: personalized, semi-personalized, and conventional surgeries. Researchers want to see which method leads to better recovery, fewer complications, and is more cost-effective. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, it is aimed at adults aged 50 to 80 who have been diagnosed with severe knee osteoarthritis or similar conditions and need knee replacement surgery.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be willing to give informed consent and should not have had previous knee surgeries, severe knee deformities, or certain health issues that could complicate the surgery. If you join the study, you can expect to undergo the surgery and take part in follow-up assessments to monitor your recovery and any outcomes related to your surgery. This research aims to help improve treatment options for knee osteoarthritis in the future.
