ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a type of treatment called manual therapy, which includes techniques like shoulder manipulation, can help improve the strength and balance of volleyball players. The goal is to see if these improvements can lead to fewer injuries for athletes in the long run. The study is currently looking for male volleyball players who are part of the AZS league, are healthy, and over 18 years old. Participants will need to agree to take part in the study and follow certain safety rules, such as wearing a helmet.
If you or someone you know is a male volleyball player aged 18 or older who regularly competes and is interested in this study, you might be eligible. However, it's important to note that those who have had recent injuries or surgeries to their arms or spine cannot participate. Participants in the study can expect to engage in therapeutic sessions aimed at enhancing their physical performance while also contributing valuable information to help other athletes in the future.
