ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring the effectiveness of combining medication (pharmacotherapy) with a type of therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for individuals dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. The goal is to see how this combination can help people feel better and improve their overall recovery.
To participate in the trial, you must be between 18 and 65 years old and have a diagnosis of one of the mentioned conditions, with an IQ of 80 or higher. Participants will receive both medication and therapy from trained professionals in a private practice setting. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, so it’s still in the planning stages. It’s important to note that individuals with substance abuse issues or head injuries will not be eligible to join. This trial aims to find new ways to support people facing significant mental health challenges, which could lead to better treatment options in the future.
