ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new mobile health application called ReLiver-N App, designed to help patients with liver cirrhosis improve their health. The app will provide important health education, tools for patients to take an active role in their care, and a system for nurses to assess how patients are doing. The goal is to see how using this app can help with the rehabilitation of patients who have mild to moderate liver cirrhosis.

To participate in this trial, individuals must be 18 years or older, diagnosed with liver cirrhosis at a mild to moderate stage (Child-Pugh A or B), and have a smartphone with internet access. Participants will be divided into two groups: one group will use the ReLiver-N App, while the other group will not have access to the app. The trial will last for 90 days, with regular check-ins every month to track progress. This study is important because it aims to find new ways to support patients in managing their liver health effectively.
