ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how wearable devices can help manage patients who have had an acute myocardial infarction (AMI), commonly known as a heart attack. The goal is to see if these devices can continuously monitor important health information, such as heart rate, sleep patterns, physical activity, and blood pressure, to better understand patient recovery and predict future health outcomes after treatment with a procedure called primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
To participate in this study, individuals must be between 18 and 75 years old and have been diagnosed with either a STEMI or NSTEMI, which are two types of heart attacks. Both men and women are welcome to join, but people under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with allergies to the materials in the wearable devices cannot participate. If you join the study, you can expect to wear a device that tracks your health data, which will help researchers learn more about how to support recovery after a heart attack. The trial is currently looking for participants, and your involvement could contribute valuable information to improve heart health management in the future.
