ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying ways to help survivors of stage I-III colorectal cancer get the follow-up care they need after treatment. Many survivors miss important check-ups that can catch cancer returning early, so the trial is testing whether support from a patient navigator, an online educational program called Current Together After Cancer (CTAC), or a combination of both can improve the number of patients who receive this care. The follow-up process includes tests and procedures that help doctors monitor health after cancer treatment.

To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 18 years old, a survivor of stage I-III colorectal cancer who has had surgery within the last three months, and able to understand and complete surveys in English. If you join, you can expect to receive either navigation support, access to the online education program, or both, which may help you stay on track with your follow-up care. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to make a difference in how easily cancer survivors can get the necessary surveillance care.
