ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how using smartphones might be connected to headaches and posture problems in university students. Since many students spend a lot of time looking down at their phones, researchers want to find out if those who use their smartphones more often are likely to have more headaches and poor posture compared to those who don’t use them as much.
To participate in the study, you need to be between 18 and 25 years old and have experienced chronic headaches for at least three months. However, if you have had surgery on your spine, certain joint diseases, or recent injuries, you won't be eligible to join. If you take part, you'll help researchers understand this important issue, which could lead to better advice on smartphone use and health for students. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather valuable insights into how our daily habits may affect our well-being.
