ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how yoga training can help reduce nausea and pain in young women who experience primary dysmenorrhea, which is severe menstrual pain. The study aims to understand how yoga can positively impact these symptoms, potentially offering a helpful alternative to traditional medications. By examining these effects, the research hopes to add valuable information about managing menstrual pain and nausea, particularly since there are not many studies focused on this area.
To participate in this study, women need to be between 18 and 35 years old, have regular menstrual cycles, and be single. They should not have any serious health issues or psychiatric diagnoses that would prevent them from participating in yoga. If you join the study, you’ll be asked to engage in yoga training and provide feedback on your pain and nausea levels. This could be a great opportunity to explore a natural method for managing menstrual discomfort while contributing to important research in women's health.
