ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring how two types of therapies—soft tissue mobilization and vibration therapy—can help improve balance, strength, and overall performance in young rowers. The study will include 45 competitive rowers aged 13 to 18, who will be divided into three groups: one group will receive vibration therapy, another will undergo soft tissue mobilization, and the last group will not receive any treatment. The goal is to see if these therapies can enhance their athletic performance and prevent injuries.

To be eligible for this study, participants should be between 13 and 18 years old, have been rowing for at least two years, and train at least four times a week. They also need to be free from any lower body injuries in the past six months. Participants will undergo various performance tests, like balance and strength exercises, to measure the effects of the therapies. This research aims to provide valuable information on how to keep young rowers performing at their best while minimizing the risk of injuries.
