ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a tool called the Generic Functional Index, which helps measure how well people with musculoskeletal diseases, like arthritis or other joint issues, are functioning in their daily lives. The researchers are working on creating a Turkish version of this tool to ensure it is accurate and reliable for Turkish-speaking patients. The study will involve translating the scale carefully, getting feedback from experts, and testing it with people who have musculoskeletal conditions to make sure it works well.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 18 years old, able to read Turkish, and have a musculoskeletal disorder. However, individuals with severe disabilities, cognitive impairments, or other conditions that affect their ability to understand the tool will not be included. Those who participate can expect to help researchers understand if this Turkish version is consistent and reliable over time, which is important for better assessing patients' functional abilities. This study is not currently recruiting participants, but it aims to improve care for individuals with musculoskeletal issues in Turkey.
