ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different physical therapy techniques, called Mulligan Mobilization With Movement (MWM) and Maitland mobilizations, to see which one is more effective for treating Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS). PFPS is a common condition that causes pain in the front of the knee, often during activities like climbing stairs, sitting for a long time, or jumping. The study is currently looking for participants aged 18 to 40 who have been experiencing knee pain for at least two months and have a pain score of 3 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10.
If you join the trial, you will receive one of the two treatment techniques to help manage your knee pain. However, certain individuals can't participate, such as those with knee injuries, previous surgeries on the leg, or specific knee conditions. Overall, this study aims to find out which of the two treatments works better for relieving pain in people with PFPS, helping improve their daily activities and quality of life.
