ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of exercise training on women who have chronic neck pain. Participants will be from Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, and will take part in two types of exercise programs. One group will follow a standard exercise routine, while the other group will use technology-assisted exercises along with the standard program. The goal is to see if using technology makes a difference in how well these women can carry out their daily activities and manage their neck pain.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be women aged between 65 and 74 years who have been experiencing neck pain for at least three months. They should also be able to speak and understand Turkish, have a certain level of pain, and show some difficulty in daily activities due to their neck pain. However, individuals with certain conditions, such as a history of spinal surgery or other serious health issues, may not qualify. Those who join the trial can expect to participate in structured exercise sessions and receive support to help improve their neck pain and overall function. This study aims to gather important information about how technology can enhance physiotherapy for women dealing with chronic neck pain.
