ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating how COVID-19 affects attention, memory, self-reflection, and overall quality of life in adults who have experienced long-term symptoms after recovering from the virus, often referred to as post-COVID-19 syndrome or Long COVID. The study aims to understand the relationship between memory issues and self-awareness in these individuals, and it will also explore a new type of treatment called EEG neurofeedback training, which may help improve attention and memory.
To participate in the study, individuals need to be between 18 and 60 years old and must agree to take part by signing a consent form. Those with a history of memory issues prior to COVID-19 or who are using certain medications that affect attention will not be eligible. Participants will complete surveys online and may also take part in neurofeedback training sessions designed to enhance cognitive skills. The results could provide valuable insights into how to support adults recovering from COVID-19 and improve their daily lives.
