ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special treatment called the Graston Technique can help improve hand reaction time, neck pain, and neck position awareness in university students who play e-sports. E-sports players often spend many hours in front of screens, which can lead to various issues like neck pain and poor posture. The study aims to see if this technique can provide immediate relief and improve performance by addressing these common problems.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a university student who plays e-sports for at least three hours each day and is willing to volunteer for the study. However, if you have had surgery on your arms, have vision problems, or any neurological or orthopedic issues that cause neck pain, you won't be eligible. Participants can expect to learn more about how their body responds to this treatment and hopefully experience some improvements in their neck pain and reaction times.
