ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how different types of music can affect young adults' physical performance and mental well-being during yoga exercises. The researchers want to see if playing music at different frequencies while exercising can help people who are not very active improve their fitness and cognitive skills, like memory and focus.
To participate in this study, you must be a healthy man or woman between the ages of 18 and 35, and you should not have any injuries that would make it hard for you to exercise. You also need to be someone who doesn’t usually engage in physical activities, as defined by a simple questionnaire. Participants will need to be comfortable reading and understanding Turkish. Unfortunately, if you are pregnant, have certain hearing or vision issues, or are taking specific medications for mental health conditions, you won't be able to join this trial. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in yoga exercises while listening to different types of music, all while contributing to research that may help others become more active.
