To participate in the study, you must be at least 65 years old and have been hospitalized at the hospital due to symptoms from a traffic accident, receiving at least one treatment session with Korean medicine. However, if you only had a consultation, received only Western medicine, or were treated as an outpatient without being hospitalized, you would not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect your medical records to be reviewed to help researchers learn more about how these treatments work for elderly patients after accidents.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients aged 65 years or older at the time of first visit
• • Patients who visited our hospital due to symptoms caused by a traffic accident and received integrated oriental medicine treatment at least once as an inpatient treatment
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • If only consultation was conducted at the hospital or only Western medicine treatment was conducted
• • If only outpatient treatment was received without hospitalization
• • If other researcher judges that participation in the study is difficult
