ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help people with fatty liver disease, specifically a condition called nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Researchers want to see if a digital therapy program, which includes a special smartphone app and devices, is more effective than standard lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. By comparing these two approaches, the trial aims to find out how well digital tools can support patients in making healthier choices to manage their condition.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be between the ages of 18 and 65 and have a specific range of body weight and health measurements. They also need to have a diagnosis of fatty liver disease and be able to use a smartphone. Unfortunately, individuals with certain other liver diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with severe liver conditions cannot participate. If you join this trial, you can expect to receive guidance on diet and exercise through both traditional methods and innovative digital tools, which may help improve your health and better manage your fatty liver disease.
