ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new technique called conduction system pacing, which is a way to help people with heart rhythm problems. Unlike traditional pacemakers that can cause the heart to beat in a disordered way, conduction system pacemakers stimulate the heart's electrical system directly. This leads to more natural heartbeats and can be better for heart health over time. The goal of this study is to make it easier for more hospitals to offer these pacemakers to patients by figuring out the best places to insert the pacemaker wires and improving how the pacemakers read electrical signals from the heart.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be adults aged 18 to 100 who have specific heart conditions, like certain types of heart block that cause slow or irregular heartbeats. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to important research while receiving care for their heart condition. It’s also important to know that pregnant individuals and those unable to give consent are not eligible for this study. If you or a family member are interested in participating, it could help make this innovative treatment available to more patients in the future.
