You’ll need access to a computer or mobile device with the internet, and you should be comfortable reading and understanding English. If you join, you’ll attend an online webinar and complete some AI-driven assignments that help you reflect on your habits and make positive changes. This trial is currently not recruiting participants, but feedback from those involved will help shape future research and improve the program.

• Inclusion Criteria:
