ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new program called ContextWell, which is designed to help university students improve their well-being and adopt healthier lifestyle habits. The program combines an online webinar with an AI-powered system that provides tips and reminders to encourage healthier choices. The main goal is to see if this program can be successfully offered to students, particularly those studying healthcare, since their own well-being can directly affect how they care for patients in the future.
To participate in this study, you should be a young adult (between 18 and 30 years old) enrolled in a university, ideally in a healthcare field. You’ll need access to a computer or mobile device with the internet, and you should be comfortable reading and understanding English. If you join, you’ll attend an online webinar and complete some AI-driven assignments that help you reflect on your habits and make positive changes. This trial is currently not recruiting participants, but feedback from those involved will help shape future research and improve the program.
