ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective a special type of exercise called "core stability training" can be in helping people recover after a hip fracture or stroke. The study will involve two groups of participants: one group will follow regular rehabilitation exercises, while the other group will also receive additional support through a program called "Omino," which focuses on educating patients about core stability. The goal is to see if this extra training helps people recover more effectively.
To participate in the study, individuals need to be between the ages of 18 and 90 and have either had a hip fracture or a stroke. However, people with certain conditions, like severe memory issues or those who cannot move independently, will not be eligible. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but when it starts, people who join can expect to take part in different types of rehabilitation exercises and receive guidance on improving their core strength and stability. This training might help them regain their strength and improve their overall mobility.
