ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying burnout syndrome, which is a serious condition that can make people feel very tired, helpless, and unhappy in their jobs and personal lives. The focus of this study is on anesthesiology residents in Turkey, who are doctors training to work in anesthesia. The researchers want to find out how common burnout is among these residents, what might cause it, and how it can affect their work and well-being. They also hope to suggest ways to help reduce burnout.
To participate in this study, individuals must be currently training as anesthesiology residents in Turkey, be able to speak Turkish, and agree to share their experiences by completing an online survey. The study is not yet recruiting participants, so those interested will need to wait for it to start. This research is important because understanding burnout can lead to better support for doctors in training, ultimately improving their health and the quality of care they provide.
