ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different methods to help people with non-specific chronic neck pain. Researchers want to compare the effects of a treatment that combines dry needling (a technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific points in the body) and percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (a method that sends gentle electrical currents to help relieve pain) along with exercises, versus just doing therapeutic exercises alone. The goal is to see which approach works better for reducing neck pain.
To join the study, participants need to be between 30 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with non-specific neck pain. It's important that they are not currently receiving physiotherapy or other treatments for their neck pain. Participants will be asked to sign consent forms, meaning they understand what the study involves and agree to take part. The trial is not yet recruiting, but it could provide valuable insights into effective treatments for those struggling with chronic neck pain.
