ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how different types of activities—like watching others exercise, imagining doing exercises, and actually exercising—can affect older adults' physical and mental abilities. The researchers want to find out if these activities can improve balance, reaction time, flexibility, fear of falling, and even aspects like memory and attention in women aged 65 and older.
To participate, women need to be 65 or older, able to read Turkish, and score 21 or higher on a simple cognitive test. They should not have any serious health issues that would interfere with exercise. During the study, participants will take part in different activities and be monitored for changes in their physical and mental health. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it is an important step toward understanding how to help older adults stay active and healthy.
