ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how online education can help patients with heart failure manage their symptoms, stick to their medications, and improve their eating habits. Heart failure can make it hard for patients to follow treatment plans and make healthy lifestyle choices, which can lead to more hospital visits and worsen their health. The researchers want to see if providing structured online education can make a positive difference for these patients.
To be eligible for the study, participants need to be diagnosed with heart failure, willing to volunteer, and have access to the internet. They should also be able to understand the training, meaning they should not have serious cognitive issues. If they join the study, they'll receive online training tailored to their needs, while another group will get a digital booklet with similar information. After the training, researchers will check in with participants to see how they are doing and gather feedback about their health and habits. This trial aims to help improve the lives of people living with heart failure through better education and support.
