ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on finding ways to help nurses and healthcare workers feel less stressed and burned out, especially after the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will expand on two successful programs that have already shown promise in improving the well-being of healthcare staff. By exploring these interventions further, the trial aims to create a supportive work environment for nurses and other healthcare workers, both in hospitals and outpatient settings.
To participate in this trial, individuals must be English-speaking employees or students at Penn State Health and the College of Medicine. Unfortunately, non-English speakers will not be eligible. If you qualify and decide to take part, you'll have the opportunity to engage in programs designed to help improve your work experience and reduce feelings of burnout. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it represents an important step toward supporting the mental health of those who care for us.
