ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a new education program designed to help people with diabetes manage their condition using mobile phone apps. The program will be led by nurses and includes three group sessions and one individual session over a six-month period. The goal is to improve blood sugar control and help participants feel more confident in managing their diabetes and understanding their treatment.

To participate in this study, you need to be over 18 years old, have diabetes that is treated with insulin injections, and be comfortable using a mobile phone.
