ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of different methods for treating tooth issues related to pulpitis and other periapical conditions. Specifically, it compares two types of sealers—AH Plus and Neosealer Flo—and two techniques for filling the tooth canal, called continuous wave and single cone. The goal is to see which combination works best for healing and restoring teeth after treatment. The study will include 270 patients, with a follow-up period of at least six months to assess how well the treatments are working.

To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a diagnosis of either pulpal necrosis (death of the tooth nerve) or irreversible pulpitis (severe inflammation of the tooth nerve). However, if you have certain health conditions that could affect healing, like uncontrolled diabetes, or if your tooth has specific problems like fractures, you may not be eligible. Participants will receive treatment and then have regular check-ins to monitor the healing of their teeth. This study emphasizes the importance of following up after treatment to ensure its success.
