ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a specific type of exercise training, called lumbopelvic movement training, can help improve balance, core strength, and body awareness in people who do not regularly exercise. The study will use a technique that provides visual feedback, which means participants will be able to see their movements and make adjustments as needed. The goal is to see if this training can benefit healthy individuals who lead a sedentary lifestyle.
To be eligible for the study, participants should be between the ages of 65 and 74, not currently involved in any sports, and free from any back or hip pain or surgeries. If you choose to participate, you'll engage in training sessions designed to enhance your physical abilities over time. This study is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to gather valuable insights into how targeted exercise can improve overall health and fitness in those who may not be active.
