ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring two different physiotherapy methods to help people with chronic low back pain. Researchers want to see how effective diaphragmatic myofascial release (DMR) and abdominal hypopressive exercise (AHE) are when added to standard treatment for this condition. The trial is currently looking for female participants aged 18 to 65 who have been experiencing low back pain for at least 12 weeks.
If you join the trial, you will receive one of the two new physiotherapy treatments along with standard care to help manage your pain. However, there are certain criteria that may prevent you from participating, such as being pregnant, having severe osteoporosis, or having had recent surgeries that impact your ability to exercise. Overall, this study aims to find better ways to relieve chronic low back pain and improve quality of life for those affected.
