Low Back Pain Positional Release Technique Range Of Motion Stretching Exercises

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two different treatments to help people with chronic low back pain that doesn’t have a specific cause. The researchers want to see whether a technique called Positional Release Therapy or simple stretching exercises work better to reduce pain, improve movement, and decrease disability. Both groups will also receive standard care like electrical nerve stimulation, hot packs, and other physical therapy exercises.

If you are between 18 and 45 years old and have had low back pain for more than 12 weeks with moderate pain and some difficulty in movement, you might be eligible to join. Participants will be randomly split into two groups, and the treatment will last for about four weeks. Before and after treatment, your pain levels, ability to do daily activities, and back movement will be checked to see how well the treatments are working. The study is currently recruiting patients, and if you decide to join, you’ll be asked to give your consent and attend regular therapy sessions at the hospital.
