ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether adding special nerve-stretching exercises, called neural mobilization exercises, can help reduce pain and improve nerve sensitivity in people with lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow. The study will compare two groups: one group will do routine exercises and receive a treatment called ESWT (a type of shockwave therapy), while the other group will do the same routine exercises and ESWT plus the nerve-stretching exercises.
If you are between 18 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with tennis elbow, you might be eligible to join. However, if you have had any other injuries, surgeries, or ongoing pain in your elbow, wrist, fingers, shoulder, or neck within the past year, you would not qualify. Participants can expect to take part in exercise routines and treatments over a period of time, helping researchers understand if these nerve exercises provide extra relief beyond standard care. This study is currently recruiting volunteers who want to help find better ways to manage tennis elbow pain.
