ClinConnect Summary
This study is looking at how the training habits and overall health of veteran football players (men over 35 who play football for fun) might affect their chances of getting injured. Researchers want to understand if things like how often, how hard, and how long players train, as well as their general health—such as sleep quality, nutrition, and any existing health issues—make a difference in injury risk.
If you’re a male veteran football player who follows a regular training routine, you might be eligible to join. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their training, lifestyle, and health, report any injuries during the season, and attend some health check-ups along the way. This study aims to help players stay healthier and reduce injuries by learning more about how training and health are connected.
