ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at two different ways to help male amateur racquet sports players improve their game and focus: a visualization technique (which means imagining playing well in your mind) and a combined stretching routine. The goal is to see which method works better for boosting both performance and mindfulness, or being fully present and aware during play.

Men between the ages of 20 and 40 who have at least one year of experience playing racquet sports and find it hard to concentrate during games might be eligible to join. Participants should not have current injuries or health problems that could affect their ability to play, and they must be willing to attend all training sessions and tests. People who already know the visualization technique, have recent serious injuries, psychological conditions, or play other competitive sports won’t be able to join. If you take part, you’ll be asked to follow either the visualization practice or the stretching exercises and attend regular sessions to track how these methods affect your game and focus. This study is not yet recruiting, but it aims to find simple ways to help players improve both physically and mentally.
