ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well two different types of porcelain coatings, called Vintage Pro and IPS Style Ceram, work when used on metal ceramic dental bridges (fixed dental prostheses). These bridges are used to replace missing teeth and are cemented in place with a special glue called Beautilink SA cement. The goal is to see which porcelain system performs better in everyday use, helping dentists choose the best option for patients needing this type of dental restoration.
Adults aged 21 and older who need a fixed metal ceramic dental bridge may be eligible to join, as long as their supporting teeth are healthy and stable (not loose), have a good balance between the visible crown and root, and they maintain good oral hygiene. People with active gum disease, teeth grinding habits, poor oral hygiene, certain health conditions, allergies to materials used, or those who are pregnant, nursing, or currently in other dental studies would not qualify. Participants will need to attend follow-up visits so the dental team can monitor how well the bridges are working over time. This study is currently looking for volunteers who meet these criteria and are willing to provide informed consent.
