ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at whether using a smartphone app can help teenagers with asthma improve their sleep. The study will compare two groups of teens: one group will use the app designed to support better sleep habits, and the other group will not. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can make a difference in how well high-risk teens with asthma sleep.
Teens between 14 and 17 years old who have been diagnosed with asthma by a doctor may be eligible to join. They need to speak English, live in the United States, and have access to a computer, the internet, and a smartphone where they can download the app. Participants will be asked to use the app if they are in the intervention group and share information about their sleep and habits. This study has not started recruiting yet, but it aims to find new ways to support teens with asthma in getting better rest, which can be important for their overall health.
