ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how laughter yoga and Pilates exercises might help pregnant women feel better during pregnancy. Specifically, the study looks at whether these activities can improve how women adjust to pregnancy, reduce anxiety, and strengthen the emotional connection with their unborn baby. All participants will also be receiving childbirth preparation training as part of the study.
Women who are more than 20 weeks pregnant, carrying a single baby (not twins or more), and without any serious pregnancy risks or major health issues may be eligible to join. Participants should not have had any recent abdominal surgeries or mental health conditions, and their unborn baby should be developing normally. If women agree to take part, they will be asked to join the laughter yoga and Pilates sessions alongside their childbirth classes. The study is currently looking for volunteers who meet these criteria and are willing to participate fully.
