ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different chiropractic methods—called the Diversified technique and the Drop Table method—to see how well they help reduce neck pain, improve neck movement, and increase neck muscle strength in people with general neck pain. The goal is to find out which technique might work better for treating neck pain that doesn’t have a specific cause.
To take part, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old, have had neck pain lasting more than a week, and have previously seen a doctor or physical therapist for your neck pain. You also shouldn’t have had neck surgery or recent neck injuries, and you must be able to safely receive chiropractic care. If you join the study, you can expect to receive one of the two chiropractic treatments, and the researchers will monitor how your pain, neck movement, and muscle strength change. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it welcomes adults of all genders who meet the criteria and are interested in chiropractic care for their neck pain.
