ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new type of exercise program called BETY, designed to help women with fibromyalgia, a condition that causes widespread pain, tiredness, and sleep problems. BETY is based on a special approach that looks at how physical, mental, and social factors all play a role in managing fibromyalgia. The study aims to see if this exercise program can improve symptoms and overall well-being for women living with this condition.
Women who are 18 years or older, have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, can read and write, and have not been exercising regularly in the past three months may be eligible to join. People with certain health issues like cancer, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other serious diseases would not be eligible. Participants can expect to try the BETY exercise program, which is tailored to their needs and assessed with a special questionnaire. This study is currently not yet recruiting but will focus on helping women better manage their fibromyalgia through this innovative exercise approach.
