If you are over 60 years old and have a mobile phone, you might be eligible to join, whether or not you have a caregiver to help you. Participants will be asked to agree to take part, sign a consent form, and complete the entire study process. This is a non-invasive and easy way to screen for muscle health, which could help with early detection and better care in the future.

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients who agree to participate in this study
• • Patients over 60 years old with or without caregivers
• • Patients with or without caregivers with a mobile phone
• • Agree to participate in the black-box testing and sign the informed consent form
• • Complete the whole sequence of the trial
