ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a more focused and intensive approach to managing high cholesterol (dyslipidemia) can help people who have both high blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes. These conditions often occur together and increase the risk of heart disease. The study aims to see if providing extra education and support about managing cholesterol can improve patients’ blood fat levels, make it easier for them to follow their treatment plans, and improve their overall quality of life.
People who might join this study are adults between 30 and 80 years old who are already registered in a local program for managing high blood pressure and diabetes in Hanam City. Participants should be generally healthy aside from their conditions and able to give consent to take part. If you join, you can expect to receive more detailed education and support about controlling cholesterol levels, along with regular check-ins to track your progress. This study could help develop better ways to support people like you in managing these health issues.
