Solid Tumor Trop2 Pet/Ct

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new scanning method called 68Ga-MY6349 PET/CT to help detect a specific protein called Trop-2 on tumor cells in people with solid tumors (a type of cancer that forms lumps or masses). The goal is to see if this scan can safely and accurately show where tumors are and help doctors decide which patients might benefit from treatments targeting Trop-2.

Adults aged 18 and older with suspected, new, or previously treated solid tumors may be eligible to join, as long as they are scheduled for standard imaging tests and can give informed permission to participate. Pregnant women or those who cannot consent are not eligible. Participants will undergo the new PET/CT scan in addition to their usual imaging tests. This scan is noninvasive, meaning it does not involve surgery or needles beyond those needed for the scan itself, and it helps doctors get a clearer picture of the tumor’s characteristics without extra discomfort.
