Global Postural Reeducation Pilates Low Back Pain

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at two different exercise programs—Global Postural Reeducation and Pilates mat exercises—to see how they affect people with chronic low back pain. The researchers want to find out which method is better at improving things like the position of the pelvis, pain levels, hip flexibility, and how much low back pain affects daily activities.

If you are between 18 and 50 years old, have had low back pain for more than three months (specifically pain in the lower back area), and have a pain level of at least 3 out of 10, you might be eligible to join. Participants need to be able to safely take part in exercise and not have any serious health problems like back surgery, infections, or neurological issues. If you join, you will take part in one of the two exercise programs, and the researchers will measure how these exercises help with your pain and movement. This study has not started recruiting yet, so keep an eye out if you’re interested!
