ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is testing a new treatment called Thera-Clean® Microbubbles, which uses tiny bubbles in water to help clean and heal skin affected by certain conditions like psoriasis, eczema (also called atopic dermatitis), epidermolysis bullosa, and ichthyosis. These skin problems often cause itching, inflammation, and wounds that can be hard to care for. Thera-Clean® aims to gently clean the skin and wounds without chemicals, helping to remove dirt and damaged tissue, reduce itching, and promote healing.
The study is open to people aged 2 years and older who have one of these skin conditions and whose skin has been stable for at least a month. Participants will continue their usual skin treatments during the study. If you join, you’ll use the Thera-Clean® Microbubble system at home for bathing, following specific instructions. The trial will look at how this new cleaning method affects your skin’s condition. It’s important to know that this study is still in the early stages and is not recruiting yet. If you have unstable skin problems or can’t follow the bathing routine, this trial might not be right for you.
