ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special procedure called interventional endoscopy affects the quality of life for patients who have breathing problems caused by tumors blocking or pressing on the airways in the lungs. This procedure uses a thin, flexible tube with a camera and tools to help open up or support the airways, which can improve breathing. The study will look at how patients feel one week after the procedure compared to before, focusing on their breathing and overall well-being.

Adults over 18 years old who have solid tumors causing blockage or pressure in their airways and are experiencing serious breathing difficulties may be eligible to join. To take part, patients need to be able to understand and answer questions about their health and should not have any legal guardians managing their care. If selected, participants will undergo the endoscopy treatment and be asked to complete a questionnaire about their breathing and quality of life before and after the procedure. This study aims to help doctors better understand how this treatment can improve daily life for patients with tumor-related breathing problems.
