ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying different ways to assess and manage "back rolls," which are folds or rolls of fat that can appear on the back, especially in women. The study aims to better understand how these fat rolls vary in size and location, and how to classify them to help doctors choose the best treatment. Treatments can include liposuction (a procedure that removes fat), surgical removal of the skin fold, or non-surgical options like injections combined with weight loss. The goal is to find the most effective approach depending on each person’s specific back rolls.
Women between the ages of 18 and 50 who have any amount of back rolls may be eligible to join the study. However, women with certain health problems, abnormal lab test results, or who have had previous back surgeries or liposuction are not eligible. Participants can expect to have their back rolls assessed carefully to determine the best treatment plan. This study is not yet open for recruiting, but it hopes to provide clearer guidance for managing back rolls in the future.
