ClinConnect Summary
This study is looking at whether a special type of training called Basic Body Awareness Training can help improve movement skills in preschool children who may be developing more slowly than usual. The training focuses on helping children become more aware of their bodies and how they move, which might support their overall development.
Children who are between 4 and 6 years old and attend preschool may be able to take part, as long as they don’t have neurological problems (issues with the brain or nerves), are willing to join the study, and are not currently receiving speech or language therapy. If chosen, children will participate in this training to see if it helps their motor skills, but the study is not yet recruiting participants. This research hopes to find new ways to support children at risk of developmental delays in a simple and effective way.
